Healthy Snacks 50 Calories or Less

Healthy snacks are an important part of maintaining a healthy, balanced lifestyle.  I’m a fan of trying to fill my fruit and vegetable quota with snacks that are easy to grab, like an apple or a banana.  When I learned that Weight Watchers modified their points system to allow a list of fruits and veggies to count as zero points “value foods” I jumped for joy, because I don’t think anyone should say, “I don’t want to eat that grapefruit because I’m over my point/calorie limit for the day thanks to that brownie.” Healthy snacks are critical to long term success.
