This is the first in a series and gives advice and actual workouts to try for the first fifteen days of their 90 day plan. Here are some highlights.
– Start with circuit training, rotating muscle groups
– Utilize machines while you get your body used to working out, then move up to free weights
– Keep track of workouts and progress
– Schedule exercise in your calendar so you are less likely to skip
Also included are links to weight machine instructions which are especially helpful if you are at all nervous about starting out at a gym. Some of the contraptions look like they were intended for torture, and if you aren’t sure how they work they can feel like torture!
